CABBAGE SLAW 
6 c. shredded green cabbage
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. boiled dressing

Sprinkle salt on cabbage, add dressing and toss until well coated.

BOILED DRESSING:

2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard (opt.)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cold water
1/4 c. vinegar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 to 1/3 c. evaporated milk

Cook over low heat until thickened (to thin add Miracle dressing).
