SPAGHETTI FONDUE 
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 loaf French or Italian bread, cubed

Heat oil in large saucepan. Add onion and seasoning, cook and stir until onion is transparent. Stir in tomato paste and sauce. Cook over low heat 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Toss Swiss cheese with flour. Keeping pan over low heat, gradually add cheese to sauce. Stir until all cheese is melted. Blend in soup; heat and stir until smooth. Keep warm. May be served in bowl, chafing dish or fondue pot. Dip bread chunks into sauce and enjoy. Served with a tossed green salad.
