SOUR CREAM SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 lg. bag frozen hash browns
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. onion
1 to 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese (opt.)

Layer ingredients in roaster, cover and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 300 degrees, stirring occasionally. Serves about 10 adults.
