GERMAN SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
6 potatoes, cooked
6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 bunch green onions or 1 dry onion, chopped
1/2 lb. lean bacon
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
6 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 pt. sour cream

Chop warm potatoes into bowl. Add eggs and onion. Fry bacon crisp and crumble over potatoes. Retain grease and add salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar, and sour cream. Bring to boil, stirring to combine ingredients. Pour over potatoes. Serve warm or cold. Yields: 8 servings.
