YOUR FAVORITE OVEN BAKED RIBS!!! | |
3 lb. pork ribs, cut 1 whole onion 1 roma tomato green pepper red pepper 1/4 cup minced garlic 2 (16 oz. ea.) bottles Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce (or your favorite) MARINADE: salt and pepper season-all (Lawry's) adobo seasoning 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar Wash ribs and place in large bowl. Cut tomato, onion, garlic, green and red pepper (use as much as you'd like) and add to ribs. Add salt, pepper, season-all, adobo and about 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Add the seasonings to your specific taste. Mix all ingredients and use as marinade. Cover and let ribs marinate overnight. Once ribs are complete with the marinade step, heat oven to 300°F. Foil oven pan well and place ribs in pan, add all extra juices and vegetables into pan. Once evenly distributed cover with foil. Place into oven and let cook for 2 hours. After two hours is complete, take foil off and baste with your choice of barbecue sauce. Increase oven temperature to 400°F and let bake for 45 minutes uncovered. Take out after 45 minutes and baste again. Bake for another 35 to 40 minutes and take your ribs out. Serve with whatever you'd like and enjoy! Submitted by: Me |
