EDNA'S MEXICAN SALAD | |
1 lg. head lettuce 1 c. ranch style beans 2 diced tomatoes 3/4 bottle chilled Catalina dressing 1 lb. grated cheese 1/2 finely chopped onion 1 lg. pkg. corn chips Prepare lettuce as for any tossed salad. Drain and wash beans which have been chilled. Add to tomatoes, onions, grated cheese and dressing. Chill 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving. Crushed corn chips are added and mixed well with above ingredients just before serving. Serves 12 for regular salad. Serves 6 for main meal. |
