1 pkg. lime Jello (3 oz.) size
1 c. boiling water
Tiny shake of salt
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
1 c. grated cucumber
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 heaping tbsp. onion, grated

Blend Jello and hot water, cool. Add sprinkle of salt (or omit) stir in mayonnaise, cheese and cucumber and onion. Enjoy!

This salad can become very fancy. Makes a beautiful mold. You can trim it with olive slices or nuts. Green pepper and pimento to make holly and berries at Christmas is nice. When recipe is doubled cut down just a little on the hot water.
