CONGEALED CUCUMBER SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. cucumber, shredded
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 pkg. slivered almonds, optional

Dissolve gelatin in 3/4 cup boiling water in bowl. Combine remaining ingredients except almonds in bowl. Fold into gelatin with almonds. Spoon into mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on serving plate.

Have made this recipe for years but need to double it this year. Should 3/4 cup hot water be doubled?
