SCOTCH OATMEAL COOKIES 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. melted butter
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. water
1 1/2 c. uncooked quick oats
2 c. butterscotch chips

Preheat oven 375 degrees. Combine sugars, butter, eggs and water. Beat until creamy. Gradually blend flour, oats and butterscotch chips.

Measure cookies with tablespoon and drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before removing cookies.
