SCOTCH OATMEAL COOKIES 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. melted butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. uncooked oats
1 c. chocolate chips

Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt in a mixing bowl. Combine sugars, butter and eggs; beat until creamy. Gradually blend in the flour mixture, oats and chocolate chips. Measure cookies with a teaspoon and drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees.
