SWEET POTATO CRUNCH 
2 eggs
1/2 c. canned milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large can sweet potatoes

Topping:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix eggs, milk, sugar, butter, vanilla and sweet potatoes. Pour into a well-buttered baking dish. Mix together all ingredients for topping. Crumble on top of sweet potato mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
