SPINACH AND TREET CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
1 can treet luncheon meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
6 oz. cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. black pepper
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour

Thaw and squeeze water from spinach. Dice treet. Cut cheese in cubes. Add onion and green pepper. Pour into greased casserole dish. Blend eggs, milk, flour, black pepper and garlic salt. Pour over spinach. Bake at 300 degrees until golden brown about 1 1/2 hours. You can use broccoli instead of spinach. 8x8x2 greased pan. Serves 4 to 6.
