BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. beef, cubed
1/2 c. butter
21 oz. beef broth
1/3 c. onion flakes
1/2 c. catsup
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. flour
2 c. sour cream
10 oz. bag side noodles, 3 tbsp. butter

Melt butter, brown meat. Reserve 2/3 cup broth, stir in remaining broth, onion, catsup, and garlic salt. Cover, simmer 15 minutes. Blend remaining broth and flour, stir into meat. Boil stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Stir in sour cream. Serve over buttered noodles. Serves 6.
