MARTHA'S COMPANY CASSEROLE 
8 oz. noodles
1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground chuck
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 lb. cottage cheese (1 c.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. snipped green onions
1 tbsp. minced green pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cook noodles as label directs. In 1 tablespoon butter saute chuck until browned. Stir in tomato sauce. Remove from heat. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green peppers and green onions. In a 2 quart casserole (or 2 - 1 qt. casseroles) spread 1/2 of noodles, cover with cheese mixture, then cover with rest of noodles. Pour on melted butter, then meat mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. (If refrigerated bake for 45 minutes.)
