CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. Stove Top stuffing or 1 twin pack
4 c. cut up cooked chicken
1/2 c. carrots, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
2 c. white sauce, med. thick
1 c. cream of chicken soup
Buttered crumbs (bread, cracker, etc.)

Boil chicken and vegetables together. Strain and keep broth. Fix stuffing according to package using broth as liquid. Make white sauce. Add soup and vegetables.

Put stuffing in bottom of a greased casserole dish or a 13x10 inch pan. Spread chicken over stuffing. Pour sauce evenly over chicken. DON'T STIR! Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
