STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
1 Angel Food cake
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 c. sour cream
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Whip the above all together.

2 qts. strawberries
3 tbsp. sugar, to sweeten

Bake cake, rip in pieces.

1ST LAYER: 1/2 cake in 9 x 13 inch pan. 2ND LAYER: 1/2 of the whipped mixture. 3RD LAYER: Most of the strawberries 4TH LAYER: Rest of the cake pieces 5TH LAYER: Rest of the whipped mixture 6TH LAYER: Strawberries placed for decoration.

Freeze until firm, thaw in refrigerator before serving.
