PUMPKIN CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 1/2 c. butter, melted 4 eggs 1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. granulated sugar 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can canned milk Remove 1 cup of cake mix. Mix the remaining cake mix with 1 egg and the melted butter. Press into ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Mix the pumpkin, 3 eggs, cinnamon, brown sugar and milk. Pour over cake mixture. Mix reserved cake mix, granulated sugar, with 1/4 cup butter; crumble. Sprinkle on pumpkin; sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
