PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 (16 oz.) cans solid pack pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves or 3 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tall cans Pet milk
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick melted butter
1 c. finely chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch or slightly larger baking pan. Beat eggs, add pumpkin, sugar, spices and milk. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over top. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle nuts on top. Bake 1 hour 20 minutes. Watch carefully, DON'T LET THE NUTS BURN!!

NOTE: If using oven proof glass baking dish, reduce heat to 325 degrees. Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip on top. DELISH!!
