PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin spice
2 sticks butter
1 lg. can pumpkin (32 oz.)
1 can evaporated milk
1 yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans, optional

Mix together 4 eggs, slightly beaten, pumpkin, sugar, spice and evaporated milk. Pour in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle 1 box dry yellow cake mix over top of mixture. Pour 2 sticks melted butter over the cake mix. Optional 1 cup chopped pecans over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with whip cream.
