RICE OREGANO 
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. uncooked white rice
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1/4 tsp. oregano
Dash pepper

In 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine all ingredients. Stir, cover. Microwave at High for 5 minutes. Microwave at Medium for 8-12 minutes longer or until liquid is absorbed. Let stand five minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
