FRUIT TRIFLE 
Any combination of fruit (fresh, canned or frozen)
Instant vanilla pudding (regular or dietetic)
Brandy or Cognac (optional)

Layer fruit in trifle bowl. When bowl is full, drizzle brandy or cognac (optional). Prepare pudding as directed on package and pour over fruit. Refrigerate for 1 hour or more.
