VERSATILE GROUND TURKEY 
2 lbs. ground turkey
1 egg
1 1/2 c. fine soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped yellow bell pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. oil

Measure and combine all ingredients except oil and mix with ground turkey. Spoon meat mixture into oiled 4 1/2 cup ring mold. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Invert on serving platter and remove mold. This combination of ingredients is excellent as grilled patties or meatballs.
