SAUSAGE POTATO SKILLET DINNER 
4 lg. Potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 lg. Onion, peeled and chopped
1 pkg. Smoked Sausage, sliced
Salt and Pepper to taste

In large skillet, put enough oil to cover bottom. Add potatoes, turn to keep from sticking. Cook until potatoes are coated in oil. Add onion and desired amount of sausage. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add 1/2 c. water. Cover, reduce heat and cook slowly until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
