VERY EASY CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Work together and press around bottom and sides of 9"x13" Pyrex pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 1 c. powdered sugar 1/2 of lg. size Cool Whip

Mix together and spread on the cooled crust. 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 3 generous c. cold milk

Beat together until creamy and thick. Spread on top of cream cheese layer.

Spread the rest of the Cool Whip on top. Grate 2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate on top of the Cool whip. Refrigerate overnight.
