QUICK AND EASY "CHEESECAKE PIE" 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar. Blend in the sour cream and vanila. Fold in the thawed whipped topping, blending well. Spoon into crust. Chill until set (at least 4 hours). Garnish with fresh strawberries or your choice of fruit.

VARIATION: Melt two (1 ounce) squares of semi-sweet chocolate and add to the batter for a chocolate cheese cake.

VARIATION: Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice and top with a lemon pudding type sauce or orange if you prefer.
