KEILON'S ITALIAN PORK CHOPS 
Goes great on top of fettuccine. Recipe also works with steak!

4 medium pork chops
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup red wine
salt and pepper, to taste

Season chops with salt and pepper. DO NOT OVER SEASON!!

In a 8 to 10-inch skillet, brown chops on each side. Put them aside on a plat and cover with plastic wrap to keep warm.

In skillet, add wine, tomatoes, garlic and onion and cook until the SOME of the liquid is cooked off.

Place chops back in the skillet with tomatoe mixture. Turn the heat to mid low and let the chops simmer for about 8 minutes.

Plate up and enjoy!
