BANANA CAKE 
3 lg. bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1-2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. Wesson oil

Mash bananas, add soda. In another bowl, put sugar, flour, salt, eggs, vanilla, pecans and Wesson oil. Fold in bananas and soda; mix well. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
