HAM CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. green pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. diced Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. diced ham or more
1 pkg. noodles
Salt & Pepper to taste

Saute onion, green pepper in butter. Add 1 1/4 cups Velveeta cheese. Add milk and stir until cheese melts. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and ham. Add cooked noodles and salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
