HAM AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
5-6 lb. ham
1 c. milk
10 oz. noodles
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. sharp cheese
1 lb. onion
1 lg. green pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 can mushroom soup

Melt Velveeta cheese and milk in saucepan. Cook noodles, after breaking up slightly. Cut ham in small pieces, brown slightly in fry pan (vegetable oil) then add chopped onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. Saute 2-3 minutes then add grated cheese. Mix with macaroni and bake covered in oven at 300 for 15 minutes. Grate sharp cheese and top. Bake until melted.
