HAM AND CHEESE LUNCHEON
CASSEROLE
 
12 slices bread, trimmed and cubed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, drained
2 c. diced ham
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. milk
1 c. Hellmann's lite mayonnaise
2 tsp. dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp. salt (not necessary with ham)
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Cover bottom of buttered 9x13 inch baking pan with half the bread cubes. Layer broccoli, ham and cheese over bread. Top with remaining bread cubes.

Combine eggs, milk, salt and seasonings; pour over casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake in a 350 degree oven until tests done when knife inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into squares. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
