HEAVENLY PUMPKIN PIE 
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 1/4 c. canned pumpkin
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spices
1 envelope Dream Whip
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Soften gelatin in water. Cook pumpkin, milk, egg yolks, 1/2 cup of the sugar, salt and spices over boiling water for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in gelatin. Chill until thick. Prepare Dream Whip, beat egg whites until stiff. Add rest of sugar. Fold pumpkin, vanilla, 1 cup Dream Whip into egg whites. Pour into baked 9 inch pie shell and chill for a few hours.
