SKILLET LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger or ground turkey or ground venison
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 to 2 lbs. Ragu or other spaghetti sauce
1 lb. noodles
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms (optional)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

In large skillet brown meat with dry onion soup; drain off excess fat. Then add cooked noodles and other ingredients; mix well. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese melts.
