CREAMY CHICKEN - VEGETABLE CHOWDER | |
2 c. chopped cooked chicken 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato soup, undiluted 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 (11 oz.) can Mexican-style corn, undrained 1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, undrained 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, undrained 1 1/2 c. milk 1 c. chicken broth 1/3 c. sliced green onions 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese Garnish sliced green onions Combine first 9 ingredients in a Dutch oven, stirring well. Cook over medium heat 5 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat; add cheese, stirring until cheese melts. Garnish if desired and serve immediately. Makes 9 cups. |
