TACO PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. dairy biscuits
1 tbsp. beef bouillon
2 tbsp. green onion
3/4 c. tomato paste
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. ground turkey
2 tbsp. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. water
1/2 to 1 pkg. taco seasonings

Press biscuits into 9 inch pan forming a crust. Brown turkey; sprinkle with beef bouillon. Add onions and green peppers, salt and pepper. After meat mixture is cooked add tomato paste, water and taco seasoning. Put 1/2 meat mixture in unbaked pie crust. Spread 1/2 cheese on top. Cover with remaining meat mixture and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes until crust is brown. Cut into 8 servings.
