1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
Pecans (optional)
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Flour 8x12x2 pan. Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter. Beat eggs. Mix butter and eggs with cake mix. Pour mixture into floured pan. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Spread mixture over top of cake. Bake for 35 minutes.
