1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut

Combine and mix thoroughly by hand as mixture will be stiff. Spread into a well greased and floured 9"x13" pan.

TOP LAYER:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1 lb. box powdered sugar

Blend together and pour over cake. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
