1 box chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
2 eggs
1 stick melted butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans, toasted
3 Hershey bars, grated

Mix first four ingredients well and spread thin in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix next four ingredients well and layer on cake mix. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Mix together Cool Whip, coconut, pecans and two of the Hershey bars and spread on cooled cake. Grate third Hershey bar on top.
