CHEDDAR APPLE BREAD 
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 c. shredded cheddar
1 1/2 c. chopped & peeled apples
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Combine dry ingredients. Add combined eggs, milk and butter; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into well greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan.
