DELMONICO POTATOES 
8 med. potatoes, cooked with skin on
1/2 pt. whipping cream (or canned milk)
1 c. reg. milk
1 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. salt
Pepper
1/2 lb. grated cheese
3 to 4 dashes nutmeg
Dot of butter

Peel potatoes after cooked. Then grate potatoes into 9 x 13 inch buttered dish. heat remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Dot with butter and paprika. Refrigerate 2 hours. Let set out for 1 hour, then bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
