EASY SUPPER DISH 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. cooked elbow macaroni
2 c. tomato juice
1/2 lb. raw hamburger
1 med. onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Melt butter in fry pan; add macaroni - stir to coat. Add tomato juice and bring to a rapid boil. Stir in hamburger, chopped onion. Add salt and pepper. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes. You may sprinkle with cheese before serving.
