ONE DISH SUPPER 
4 med. potatoes, sliced thin
2 lg. carrots, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced
1 lb. ground beef, uncooked
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted

Arrange first 3 ingredients in casserole dish. Put ground beef on top, then pour soup over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
