I love this easy to make casserole. It is simply delicious!

Jiffy corn casserole I only baked it for 45 minutes.

First time did the dish, was great, had some family here to try. Will make again bigger batch for church pot luck.

My family just loves this recipe and always requests is when we get together! One thing I might add to the recipe about is that it fits into a 9" square or 7" x 11" pan. It is too thin and dry if baked in a larger one.

One of the best foods I've ever eaten. Everyone loves this kicked up cornbread.

What kind of cheddar do you prefer, mild or sharp?

So easy yet ALWAYS cleaned out first. I use a cast iron dutch oven to cook mine adds a nice crust with creamy center.

Love this recipe. Wondering if anyone has made it in a crockpot?

I put the leftover loaf in the fridge and the next morning turn it out of the dish, cut into 1-inch slices and fry it in butter until brown and crispy on both sides. With, or without, your favorite syrup, it is to die for.

Very good dish. I use canned mexi-corn for color and flavor. It has red and green pepper.

Can I use this recipe to make muffins?

Yes, you can put in muffin tins and they freeze well.

I found this on Facebook one day. My wife said I should try to make it. I did, and now its on my Sunday and holiday menu as a mainstay. Quick to make, easy to cook, what more can a man ask for? I do add a couple of tablespoons of brown sugar though.
