Chicken parts (whatever you prefer, I use breasts)
Picante sauce
Oil
Crushed corn or Dorito chips

Dip chicken in sauce thinned with just a little oil, then roll in crushed chips. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees, turning once. Make sure the chicken has been skinned.
