1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. diced oregano
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1/2 of a 1 lb. bag tortilla chips
1 c. shredded lettuce
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. green onions, sliced
1/4 c. olives, chopped
Sour cream

Brown beef, onion and garlic. Drain. Stir in water, tomato sauce, chili powder and oregano. Cook until most of the liquid is gone. Pour half of the mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Top with half the beans and half the chips. Repeat layering. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining ingredients.
