HAMBURGER AND VEGETABLE DISH 
4 carrots, sliced
4 lg. or 5-6 sm. potatoes, sliced
3 onions, sliced
1 can peas, drained
1 pt. tomatoes
1 lb. hamburger

Fry onions until soft and then remove from pan. Brown and season the hamburger. Drain. Place carrots, potatoes, onions, peas, hamburger and tomatoes in buttered casserole. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees.
