DILLY BEANS 
2 lbs. half runner green beans, string & leave whole
1 tsp. red pepper to qt. jar
4 cloves garlic, minced or garlic salt can be used
4 lg. heads of dill or use dill seed
2 c. white vinegar
2 c. water
1/4 c. pickling salt (coarse salt)

Boil solution. Pour over cold packed jars. Adjust seal.

Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
