DILLY BEANS 
2 lbs. snipped green beans
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
4 cloves garlic
4 lg. heads dill
2 c. water
1/4 c. salt
2 c. cider vinegar

Pack snipped beans in pint jars tightly (4). In each jar put one dill head, 1 clove garlic, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes. Heat water, vinegar and salt to boiling, pour over beans. Adjust lids. Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
