CARROT CASSEROLE 
12 carrots
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. dried onion
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. sharp cheese

Slice and cook carrots; drain. Make sauce with remaining ingredients except bread crumbs and cheese.

In casserole layer carrots and cheese slices, ending with carrots. Pour over sauce and top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
