WAVERLY CRACKERS 
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. dark brown sugar
1 (7 oz.) bag coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
2 pkgs. (about 72) crackers

Melt butter. Add sugar and mix real well until sugar is dissolved. Add coconut and nuts. Put 1 teaspoon on each cracker. Cool on cookie sheet. Loosen. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes; done when crackers begin to brown.
