SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
1 1/2 lbs. pork steak (cubed)
1/4 c. water

SAUCE:

1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks

Brown pork. Add water and simmer until tender. Mix the sauce ingredients together and heat until thickened. Add vegetables to pork. Put sauce on pork and vegetables and cook 10 minutes. Serve with rice or Chinese noodles.
